INGREDIENTS
10.5 oz of strawberry tree berry
1 egg
1 tbsp of corn starch
3.5 oz of icing sugar
1/2 cup of milk
1/4 cup of Cointreau
4 soletilla biscuits (you can use ladyfingers or vanilla wafers)
2 tbsp of grated coconut
1 cup of whipped cream
Powdered vanilla to taste
PREPARATION
Whisk the egg in a bowl with the sugar and corn starch. Add the hot milk and cook for 1 1/2 minutes at full heat, stirring twice. Allow cooling.
Wash the berries and strain. Reserve 4 berries to garnish and process the rest in the mixer along with the liqueur, shredded biscuits and vanilla.
Mix the puree with the cold cream and add the cream. Distribute in parfait dishes, garnish with the berries and sprinkle with the coconut. Serve cold.
