INGREDIENTS
2 lettuces
4 eggs
2 cans of tuna
4 chives
5 oz of black olives
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp. of wine vinegar
Salt
PREPARATION
Use a strainer to strain the tuna. Cook the eggs in a container with water and salt for 15 minutes. Wash and drain the lettuce, chop it and arrange it in four individual salad bowls.
Cut the chives in strips and the hard boiled eggs in thick segments. Place the chives, hard boiled eggs, tuna and olives on the lettuce.
Whip the vinegar with the salt and add the oil in a thin stream, always whipping. Add the olives. Spray the salad and serve immediately.
