INGREDIENTS
1 cup of rice
5 oz of peas
2 oz of ham
1 dry chili pepper
2 tbsp of oil
A pinch of salt
9 oz of prawns
2 tbsp. of soy shoots
PREPARATION
Wash the rice in a strainer under a stream of water and strain.
Place the oil in a pan; add the peeled prawns, rice, peas and ham cut in strips.
Stir everything.
Cut and add the chili and soy shoots. Pour 2 cups of water and simmer for 20 minutes.
