Preparation time: 120 min.
Servings: 12
INGREDIENTS
200 ml of olive oil
1 bulb of garlic
6 onions
A pinch of black pepper
A pinch of salt
6 sirloins
100 ml of white wine
6 carrots
PREPARATION
Sauté the sirloins in a little of oil and then sauté the carrots cut in slices.
Place the onion cut in strips and peeled garlic (cut in half) with the remaining oil and the frying oil from the meet and carrots in a saucepan. Simmer for a long time at the lowest flame (the longer it takes, the better it will be).
Once the onion is ready, add the sirloins, salt, pepper, carrots and wine or sherry and simmer until you are able to prick the sirloin easily.
It will be just as good if you strain the sauce.
