INGREDIENTS
12 pork fillets
4 ripe tomatoes
30 slices of cheese
Juice of half a lemon
A pinch of oregano
1 tbsp of minced parsley
1 minced garlic clove
A pinch of salt
1 cup of grated mozzarella
A pinch of ground black pepper
PREPARATION
Season the fillet steaks and spray them with the juice.
Process the tomatoes (clean and peeled) and season them with the oregano, salt, garlic and parsley.
Cover the baking tray with a part of the tomato sauce and place the fillet steaks on top until it is entirely covered.
Place a layer of cheese and cover everything with the remaining tomato sauce.
Cover again with another layer of cheese and sprinkle the mozzarella.
Bake for 20 minutes, until they are browned at medium oven.
