INGREDIENTS
1 glass of olive oil
1 clove of garlic
1 onion
1 cup of flour
1 stick of mint
1 tbsp of honey
100 ml of cream
A pinch of ground black pepper
A pinch of salt
3 lbs of sirloin slices
PREPARATION
Season the sirloin medallions; pass them through flour and reserve.
Fry the onion and minced garlic lightly in a saucepan with olive oil. When the onion is transparent add the mint and continue frying for a couple of minutes.
Add the sirloin medallions and cook them for 3 - 4 minutes per side, add the honey on top of the medallions and lastly add the cream and bind the sauce.
