INGREDIENTS
1 lb of cockles
2 tbsp of vinegar
1 tbsp of olive oil
Salt to taste
PREPARATION
Place the cockles in a container with cold water and salt for 2 hours.
Strain and place them in a strain or pot with a lid.
Spray with a tbsp of oil and cover. Place over flame until they open. Allow cooling in their juice.
Separate the shells and place them on a dish or plate. Salt lightly, spray with vinegar and serve.
