Fried wings in marinade

INGREDIENTS
12 chicken wings
3/4 cup of beer
1 bay leaf
2 tbsp of flour
Olive oil
Salt
Oregano

PREPARATION

Wash the chicken wings and dry them off with paper towels. Cut the chicken wings and place them in a bowl.
Then add the salt, pepper, oregano and minced bay leaf as well as the beer until they are covered.

Marinate for 2 hours. Then drain, pass through flour and fry in hot oil until they are crispy.

Drain over paper towels and serve hot.
