INGREDIENTS
7 oz of shredded cod
1 onion
1 tbsp of minced parsley
3/4 cup of beer
1/2 tbsp of sweet pepper
1 oz of flour
3/4 cup of olive oil
Salt to taste
PREPARATION
Soak the cod in cold water for 24 hours changing the water twice during the process; drain it and place it in a bowl. Add the minced onion and parsley.
Add the flour, season lightly, mix and add the beer gradually, always stirring, until you get a thick and even paste.
Heat plenty of oil in a pan, grab a few tbsp of cod pasta and place them in the mildly hot oil. Fry until they are browned all around.
Drain over paper towels and serve hot.
