INGREDIENTS
9 oz of elver
9 oz of smoked salmon
1 lb of fresh spinach
Olive oil
White wine to taste
Salt
Juice of one lemon
PREPARATION
Place the elvers in a bowl with the lemon juice and soak for 1 hour. Add the salmon and clean and chopped spinach.
Prepare the dressing by mixing a little of oil with the white wine and salt. Season the salad and mix all the ingredients.
Place everything in a salad bowl covered with large spinach leaves.
