Chicken wings

INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp. of sesame oil
3 cloves of garlic
1 lb of chicken wings
3.5 oz of jam
3.5 oz of barbecue
3 tbsp. of soy sauce
3 tbsp. of processed tomato
1 tbsp. of wine vinegar

PREPARATION

Boil the mix of vinegar, jam, oil, garlic, barbecue sauce, soy sauce and tomato in a saucepan stirring it well.

Cool and pour on the wings.
Let them marinate the fridge for two hours.

Place in the oven and add a little of water and baste with the marinade every now and then while they are cooking in the oven.

Remove when browned.
