Chicken fillets in cream sauce

INGREDIENTS
4 medium chicken fillets
300 ml of cooking cream
1 tbsp of nutmeg
3.5 oz of mushrooms
3.5 oz of diced smoked bacon
A pinch of salt
1 tbsp of oil

PREPARATION

Make the fillets on the broiler and set them aside.
Sauté the mushrooms in a pan with oil. When they are browned, add the bacon and once it is cooked add the cream, salt and nutmeg.

Wait until the cream takes a brown color, add the fillets and serve once it is hot.
