Cauliflower and bchamel

INGREDIENTS
1 small cauliflower
1 tbsp of butter
1 chicken broth cube
5 oz of grated cheese
1 tbsp of flour
500 ml of milk
A pinch of nutmeg

PREPARATION

Wash and clean the cauliflower removing the largest stems, keeping the smallest and boiling them in water until it is tender. Strain and place them in an oven dish.

Prepare the béchamel in a pan frying the flour in the breadstuff and adding the milk gradually until achieving a soft cream without any lumps. Add the broth and the nutmeg. Add the cheese last.

Cover the cauliflower with this sauce and place it in the oven for a minute. Serve hot.
