INGREDIENTS
2.5 lbs of sea bass in four slices
9 oz of scampi
300 ml of olive oil
1 clove of garlic
A pinch of salt
A pinch of ground black pepper
PREPARATION
Cover the bottom of earthenware pot and place the sea bass slices, previously seasoned with pepper, salt and the garlic clove.
Always stirring, simmer for 5 minutes and turn the slices. Then place the scampi on the sea bass slices and bake for another 5 minutes at 360° F.
